This policy describes how FERMAT STROJE LIPNÍK s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process

When you fill in the contact form or the call-back form, we process:

• name
• company name
• e-mail address (contact form)
• phone number
• subject and content of your message (contact form)
• the address of the page from which the form was sent and the time of sending

In addition, when you visit the website, the server logs automatically record your IP address, the time of access, the address of the page visited and browser information.

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your inquiry or contact request — the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Ensuring the security and operation of the website (server logs) — the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

We keep personal data from the forms for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and for a necessary period afterwards, at most 1 year. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Recipients and processors

Processors ensuring the operation of the website and e-mail communication (hosting provider, e-mail service provider) may have access to the data. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA beyond appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

Cookies

The website uses only essential technical cookies required for its basic operation. We do not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. The Google map on the Contact page loads only after you click “Show map” – only then may Google process your IP address and store its own cookies.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

• access to your personal data
• rectification or erasure
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• object to the processing
• withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
